Welcome to Vela ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service & User Agreement ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vela iOS application, including any virtual items, digital currency, features, and functionality offered through the app.

By downloading, installing, or using Vela, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1. Account Registration & Access

• Sign in with Apple: You may register and log in using your Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Guest Account: You may access Vela as a Guest. Guest accounts are tied to your specific iOS device. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app may result in the loss of guest account data, including unused virtual items. We encourage linking your account with Apple ID to prevent data loss.

2. In-App Purchases & Virtual Currency ("Petals")

Vela provides a consumable virtual currency called "Petals" that can be purchased within the app via Apple In-App Purchase (IAP) to unlock AI interactions, premium features, and digital content.

Nature of Petals: Petals are consumable digital items. They have no real-world cash value, do not earn interest, and do not constitute a monetary balance or bank account. Petals do not create a recurring auto-renewable membership or subscription.

• Moonlit Greenhouse: 18,200 Petals (+4,200 bonus) — $69.99
• Constellation Garden: 42,000 Petals (+12,000 bonus) — $129.99

3. Payment, Billing & Refund Policy

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by Apple via your iTunes/App Store Account. Payments will be charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase.
• Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: All purchases of Petals are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other goods, except as required by applicable law or Apple Store policies. Petals cannot be transferred between different user accounts.
