You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract to use the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you confirm you meet these requirements and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms supplement, and do not replace, Apple's standard licensed-application end-user license agreement.
The App performs concentration, volume, and unit calculations from numbers you enter, and lets you record information for your own reference. It does not provide medical, pharmacological, or health advice; does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition; and does not recommend whether, what, or how much of anything to use. No clinician–patient or professional relationship is created by using the App. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before starting, stopping, mixing, dosing, or injecting anything.
Preparing and administering injections carries inherent and serious risks, including dosing errors, contamination, injury, illness, or death. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risk arising from your use of the App and any decisions or actions you take. You are solely responsible for the values you enter and for independently verifying every result before relying on it. Calculations may contain errors, and the App may be unavailable or inaccurate at any time.
Many peptides and related substances are not approved for human use and their sale, possession, and use are regulated or prohibited in many jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for determining and complying with all laws, regulations, and prescription requirements that apply to you. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate any unlawful activity. We do not supply, endorse, or facilitate the acquisition of any substance.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP OR ANY CALCULATION IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR OWNERS, DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ampys and its owners, developers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
Optional "Pro" features are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions billed through your Apple Account. Pricing, free-trial terms, and renewal are shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
