By using Striking AI, you agree to these Terms.

  1. THE SERVICE Striking AI analyzes your striking training videos (boxing, MMA, Muay Thai, kickboxing) via AI to generate scores and coaching feedback, and builds you a personalized training program.
  2. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 13. Under 18 requires parental permission.
  3. YOUR ACCOUNT You're responsible for your credentials and account activity, and for the accuracy of your onboarding answers.
  4. SUBSCRIPTIONS One free analysis per week, 3-day free trial for Premium, monthly or annual unlimited plans as shown in-app. Billing is handled by the App Store; renewal is automatic unless cancelled at least 24h before renewal via your Apple account settings. We don't process refunds directly, Apple does.
  5. YOUR CONTENT By submitting a video, you confirm you have the rights to it and that it's not illegal, offensive, or infringing. Videos are deleted right after analysis.
  6. DISCLAIMER This is technical/biomechanical feedback for training purposes only, not medical advice. Your training program is a general suggestion, not a substitute for a qualified coach. Consult a professional before starting or changing a training program, and practice at your own risk.
  7. ACCEPTABLE USE Don't use the app illegally, attempt unauthorized access, submit content you don't own, or disrupt the service.
  8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The app, its content, and the training program templates belong to Yanis Abbas. You keep all rights to your own videos.
  9. ACCOUNT DELETION You can delete your account anytime from Profile. This is permanent: all your data is immediately erased.
  10. LIABILITY We're not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the app, including injuries sustained while training.
  11. CHANGES AND TERMINATION We may modify or discontinue the service, and update these Terms, notifying you in-app for material changes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
  12. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by Swiss law; disputes go to Swiss courts.
