Welcome to our WhatsApp AI CRM & Automation App (the "App", "Service", "Software"), owned and operated by [SHMP Studio.] ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our App, including the Shopify application, dashboard portal, storefront widget, and backend messaging infrastructure.

By installing, registering for, accessing, or using the App, you ("Merchant", "User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a store, company, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must uninstall the App immediately and cease all use of the Service.

1. Description of Service

The App is a software platform designed to integrate Shopify storefronts with Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. Features include, but are not limited to:

• Autonomous AI-driven chatbot responses to customer inquiries using OpenAI or other large language models (LLMs).
• Syncing and retrieval of Shopify product catalogs, customer data, product returns/refund policies, and order histories.
• Scenario-based Playbooks (SOPs) directing AI logic for returns, refunds, order tracking, and coupon codes.
• Human-in-the-loop escalation routing, live team inbox chat portals, and customizable storefront chat widgets.

2. Permitted Use and WhatsApp Compliance

1. Compliance with Third-Party Terms: You represent and warrant that your use of the Service will strictly comply with all third-party terms and guidelines, including the Shopify App Store Partner Program Agreement, Shopify Terms of Service, and Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service & Policy.
2. Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own Meta WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), Meta developer accounts, and credentials. Any costs, fees, or API limits imposed by Meta or Shopify are your sole responsibility.

The App utilizes artificial intelligence models to interpret customer intent and generate automated responses, coordinate returns, create coupons, check order status, or execute other workflow tasks. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. AI Output Accuracy: Large Language Models (LLMs) can produce incorrect, incomplete, offensive, or inaccurate responses ("hallucinations"). We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant the accuracy, suitability, appropriateness, or legality of any content generated by the AI bot.
