2. Pro Subscription Terms

Focuscreen provides an optional auto-renewable subscription (Pro Version) to unlock premium features.

• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless turned off 24hrs before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal.
• Payment & Refunds: All payments and refunds are processed by Apple Inc. directly. We do not process refunds or have access to your payment information.
• Cancellation: Manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the app for illegal activities or harm others.

4. Intellectual Property

All app content and intellectual property is owned by Focuscreen.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from its use.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the app is distributed.
