Idea Shower is a personal idea capture tool that allows you to:

• Record audio and convert it to text
• Generate AI-powered keywords from your recordings
• Store and organize your ideas as capsules

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create in Idea Shower — including audio recordings, images, transcriptions, and notes ("Your Content").

By using the app, you acknowledge that:

• Your audio may be sent to OpenAI's API for transcription and keyword generation
• You are responsible for the content you record and store
• You will not use the app to record content that violates any applicable laws
