These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Clutch mobile application (“App”). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Clutch. The App contains dating-related and mature themes. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

1. Description of the service

Clutch provides:

• Practice: text conversations with AI characters to practice flirting and communication • Coach: AI feedback on conversation screenshots you choose from your photo library • Progress: scores, badges, and streaks

The App is for entertainment and self-improvement coaching only. We do not guarantee dating, relationship, or social outcomes. AI responses may be wrong, offensive, or inappropriate despite moderation.

1. Account

• The App uses automatic anonymous sign-in on your device. There is no separate email/password registration screen. • You are responsible for anyone who uses the App on your device. • You may not share, sell, or transfer your account in a way that circumvents usage limits or premium access. • You may not manipulate server data, premium flags, device quotas, or security controls.

1. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights • Harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, or promote hate or violence • Submit sexual content involving minors, non-consensual imagery, or exploitation • Upload conversation screenshots you do not have the right to use (including other people’s private chats without permission) • Use Coach or Practice for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the App or our systems • Bypass daily session limits, premium locks, or content moderation • Use the App to send spam or malware

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

1. User content

Your content includes text you send in Practice and images you submit to Coach.

• You retain ownership of your content. • You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, moderate, and use your content solely to operate and improve the App (including sending content to third-party AI providers to generate replies and coaching feedback, only after you give in-app consent as described in our Privacy Policy). • You represent that you have the rights needed to provide your content. • Report objectionable content or safety issues: Settings → Report a Problem or email [email protected].
