These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Moodles mobile application and related services ("Moodles," "the app," or "the service"). By creating an account or using Moodles, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Moodles, or the minimum age required in your country if higher.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Moodles complies with applicable laws.

2. Your account

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may update your username, email, or password in Settings. You may sign out or delete your account at any time from Settings.

3. The service

Moodles helps you track moods, care for your buddy Pip, save moments, and explore mood mixes. Moodles is for personal wellness and reflection only. 💛

Moodles is not a medical device and does not provide medical, mental health, or crisis advice. It is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

4. Your content

• You retain ownership of the content you create in Moodles, such as mood entries, moments, photos, and voice recordings.
• You grant us a limited license to host, store, back up, and display your content solely to operate and improve Moodles for you.
• You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or violates others' rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Moodles, including by attempting to access another user's account, interfering with the service, reverse engineering the app except where permitted by law, or using Moodles for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

6. Guest mode and cloud backup

• You may use Moodles without an account. Guest data stays on your device and is not backed up to the cloud.
