By downloading, installing, and using the G1 Test Ontario 2026 application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code;
• Distribute, sell, or rent the App or its content;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices;
• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

### 1.2 Educational Purpose Only

This App is a practice and study tool only. It is not:

• An official government application;
• A substitute for official MTO learning materials;
• A guarantee of preparation for the actual knowledge test;
• Associated with MTO or MTO examinations.
