These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Syntalk: AI Voice Translator mobile application (the "App"), provided by Denis Sologub ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's standard licensed application terms.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium features.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time.
• Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices are stated in the App and may vary by region. We may change prices with notice as required by law.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store's policies. We do not process refunds directly.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Record, translate, or process conversations without the consent required by applicable law
