1. About Landlord Manager

Landlord Manager is an organizational tool designed to help landlords and property managers record and manage information such as:

• Rental properties;
• Tenants;
• Rental payments;
• Expected, paid, and overdue amounts;
• Deposits and expenses;
• Lease and tenancy dates;
• Property notes;
• Move-in and move-out photos;
• Rental income statistics.

The App is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the App.

The App is not intended for children. By using the App, you represent that you meet the minimum legal age required in your country or have all necessary authorization to enter into these Terms.
