These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Audio Converter (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subject to these Terms and applicable App Store rules, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.
You may use the App only for lawful purposes. Except where applicable law prohibits a restriction, you must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to derive source code from, or create derivative works of the App.
You retain ownership of files that you import, create, or export using the App. You are responsible for obtaining all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to use, process, and share those files.
You must not use the App to process or distribute content that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, or otherwise violates applicable laws or regulations.
The App provides audio-processing features such as format conversion, trimming, merging, extraction, playback, and saving. Features may be changed, updated, suspended, or discontinued from time to time. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available at all times, on every device, or in every region.
The App may offer subscriptions, lifetime memberships, or other in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, it renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Pricing, billing periods, and any trial availability are shown before purchase.
Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies. We do not directly collect or store payment credentials.
The App, including its software, design, text, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights in the App beyond the limited license above.
The App may interact with Apple services, system file locations, or other third-party services that you choose to use. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, content, or practices.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every file, device, or operating-system version.
