1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Quitlendar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. Informational Purpose (Not Medical Advice)

Quitlendar is a habit-tracking and productivity tool designed to help you monitor your goals. Quitlendar does not provide medical, clinical, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional regarding any addiction, health condition, or medical concern.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

• Quitlendar Pro: Certain premium features require an active subscription or one-time purchase.
• Billing and Renewals: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Management and Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Refunds: All purchases and refund requests are processed directly by Apple according to Apple App Store policies.

4. Intellectual Property

The Quitlendar app, including its design, code, graphics, interfaces, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Honeycomb Labs and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the application.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Quitlendar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Honeycomb Labs does not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
