Welcome to Poopendar. By using this app, you understand and agree to the following terms.

1. Service

Poopendar provides personal bowel movement logging, a calendar, a map, basic statistics, data import and export, iCloud sync and optional Apple Health integration. Features may change with app updates.

2. Not a Medical Service

Poopendar is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions or emergency medical services. Statistics and prompts in the app are for personal reference only and do not replace professional medical advice.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for making sure the information you enter is lawful, and for keeping your device, iCloud account and exported backup files secure. Please don't share data containing health information or precise locations in public.

4. Data and Third-Party Services

CloudKit, iCloud Drive, Apple Health and location services are provided by Apple and depend on device permissions, account status, network conditions and Apple's terms of service.

5. Deleting Data

You can delete individual entries or all data in the app. Deletions that have synced may carry over to your other devices and cannot be undone. We recommend exporting a backup first.

6. Changes and Limitation of Liability

We do our best to keep the app stable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or that every statistic is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable beyond what applicable law requires for data loss caused by device failure, account status, network services or user actions.

7. License

If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, the applicable Apple terms and legal requirements prevail. Apple Standard EULA

8. Contact

Please contact us through "Settings → About → Feedback" in the app. Continuing to use an updated version means you accept the terms in effect at that time.
