Effective date: October 16, 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and the independent developer of Productivity Boss ("we", "us"), for the Productivity Boss app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to them.

Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. If anything here conflicts with it, these Terms prevail to the extent permitted.

1. What the App does

The App helps you plan tasks, run timers and counters, and keep track of the time you spend in apps you choose. It is presented as a game with a strict cartoon boss. With Premium, it can also lock those apps. It is a self-management tool for adults.

2. Virtual money has no real value

Everything expressed in dollars or coins inside the App is virtual. That includes:

• "pay", "wages", "bonuses";
• the "Boss Bank" balance;
• shop items and upgrades;
• career levels.

It is part of the game and has no monetary value. It can't be exchanged, withdrawn, transferred or redeemed for real money, goods or services. It may be reset, for example if you erase data or delete the App.

3. Screen Time features

App tracking and locking use Apple's Screen Time frameworks. They depend on your permission, on iOS behaviour and on the apps you select.

• Usage figures may be approximate.
• Locks are a commitment aid, not a guarantee. They can be bypassed, for example by revoking access in iOS Settings or deleting the App, and may not work in every situation.
• Don't rely on the App for anything safety-critical. Make sure you can always reach emergency services and other essential apps.

4. Free plan and task rules

• On the free plan, a timed task closes when its timer runs out, and one task can be in progress at a time.
• Count tasks close when you reach the number you set. You can have one count task per day.
