2. App Purpose Pedagogy provides users with access to a curated library of digital books and stories. Certain features may also allow users to create, read, and share their own stories within the application's environment.

3. Subscriptions & Payments Pedagogy offers auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium content and features.

• Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.

4. User Responsibilities You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app’s functionality or servers.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the app's proprietary content.

5. Content & Usage Any content generated or shared inside the app must follow our community guidelines and comply with all applicable local laws. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties This app is provided on an “as is” and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including guarantees of uninterrupted operation or availability.

7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, if you violate any of these terms.
