HopOut is an application dedicated to digital wellbeing and screen time management.

These Terms govern the access and use of HopOut.

3. Acceptance

By using HopOut, the user unconditionally accepts these Terms.

4. Minimum Age

Use is open to all. If the user is a minor, they declare having obtained authorization from their parents.

5. Rules of Use

It is forbidden to attempt to hack, bypass, or alter security systems. Data extraction is prohibited.

6. Availability

HopOut uses reasonable efforts to ensure service access, subject to maintenance or updates.

7. Purchases, Virtual Goods & Subscriptions

HopOut offers Premium features and virtual goods (e.g., Tickets) via one-time purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions.

Payment is charged to the user's Apple ID account.

• Subscriptions: The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24h before the end of the current period via Apple ID settings.
• Virtual Goods: Tickets (consumables) are permanently consumed upon use. In accordance with Apple rules, they cannot be transferred or refunded by Kest Labs.
