Terms of Use - Sourdough Forge

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Sourdough Forge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

2. Sourdough Pro

Sourdough Forge offers a premium product called “Sourdough Pro.” The purchase options available to you may include:

Monthly Subscription: Access to the Pro features displayed in the app while your subscription remains active. The subscription automatically renews monthly at the price shown before purchase.
Lifetime Access: A one-time purchase providing access to the Lifetime features offered for this product, subject to the continued availability and technical compatibility of Sourdough Forge and its third-party services.

The features included with Sourdough Pro may evolve over time. We may add, modify, replace, or discontinue individual features where reasonably necessary to improve the app, maintain security or compatibility, comply with legal requirements, or account for changes to third-party services.

3. Subscription Terms

For auto-renewable subscriptions:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account when the purchase is confirmed.
Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The renewal price will be the price shown by Apple for your subscription, subject to any price change communicated in accordance with Apple’s requirements.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
Deleting Sourdough Forge does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where permitted by Apple and applicable law.

4. Lifetime Purchase

Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew.

It provides access to the Lifetime features associated with Sourdough Forge without requiring an active monthly subscription. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the Sourdough Forge product and its supported operation, not the lifetime of any individual user.
