These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to Stashora, an application developed and operated by Hadrien Patin, France (“Stashora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading or using Stashora, you agree to these Terms. These Terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement unless a valid custom license agreement applies through the App Store. If these Terms conflict with mandatory consumer law, the mandatory law controls.

1. What Stashora provides

Stashora helps knitters and crocheters organize yarn, projects, tools, notes, photos, patterns, PDFs, progress information, and related craft content. It also provides optional features that connect to Ravelry, including pattern discovery, library and PDF access, stash and project import or synchronization, tool information, and forums.

Features may vary by device, operating-system version, country, subscription status, Ravelry permissions, and third-party availability.

2. License and permitted use

Subject to these Terms and Apple's applicable usage rules, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Stashora on Apple devices you own or control for lawful personal use.

Stashora is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all rights not expressly granted to you.

You must not:

• use Stashora unlawfully or to violate another person's rights;
• interfere with the app, its security, the OAuth service, Ravelry, or another connected service;
• attempt unauthorized access, evade rate limits, scrape services contrary to their terms, or misuse credentials or tokens;
• reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, resell, or sublicense Stashora except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• upload, import, synchronize, download, or publish content when you do not have the necessary rights or permission;
• use forums or connected features to harass others, disclose private information, infringe rights, or violate Ravelry's rules.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create or add to Stashora.

You give Stashora only the limited permission needed to process that content on your device and, when you deliberately use a connected feature, to transmit it to or from the service you selected. We do not obtain a right to use your craft content for advertising or unrelated promotional purposes.
