Effective October 5, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Maxim Melnik ("I", "me"), the developer of Subscription Manager ("the app"). The app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA": https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). These Terms add to it. By downloading or using the app you agree to both. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. What the app does
Subscription Manager helps you keep a list of your subscriptions and recurring bills, see what you spend, and get reminders before you are charged. You enter the information yourself.
The app does not connect to your bank, your card or any service provider. It does not cancel, pause or change any subscription for you — you do that with the provider, or in Apple's subscription settings for App Store subscriptions.
2. Free version and Pro
The free version lets you track a limited number of subscriptions. Subscription Manager Pro removes the limit and unlocks additional features, as described in the app at the time of purchase.
3. Purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions
- Pro is available as an auto-renewing yearly subscription and as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. If you start a free trial, payment is charged when the trial ends.
- The yearly subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Free trial: you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Introductory offers (such as a discounted first year) apply to the first period only. After it, the subscription renews at the regular price.
- To manage or cancel your subscription, go to iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the app go to Settings → Purchases → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Lifetime is a one-time purchase. It does not renew, and it keeps Pro unlocked for as long as the app is offered and the purchase can be restored with your Apple Account.
- On a new iPhone, use Restore in the app to get your purchase back.
4. Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple, and refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies: https://reportaproblem.apple.com. I cannot issue refunds myself.
5. Your data
The information you enter is yours. It is stored on your iPhone and, if you use iCloud, in your private iCloud storage. The Privacy Policy explains this in detail.
