These terms govern your use of the TinyShield app. By downloading or using TinyShield, you agree to them.

1. License

TinyShield grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's standard App Store licensed-application terms and these terms.

2. What TinyShield does — and its limits

TinyShield detects and permanently covers faces in photos and videos on your device. It hides faces only. It does not remove or obscure audio, reflections, backgrounds, clothing, tattoos, license plates, text, location context, or other identifying details. Face covering is irreversible in the exported file, but:

No guarantee of anonymity or safety. Removing visible faces does not guarantee a person cannot be identified, and does not make any content safe to publish or share publicly. You are solely responsible for deciding what you share and for complying with applicable laws and the rights of others.

3. Acceptable use

• Use TinyShield only with media you have the right to edit and share.
• Do not use it to harass, deceive, infringe rights, or break the law.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app.

4. Purchases & subscriptions

• TinyShield is free to use with a watermark, up to 1080p, clips up to ~60 seconds, and batch processing. TinyShield Pro removes the watermark and unlocks 4K/original resolution, longer videos, and premium decorative covers.
• Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase, billed through your App Store account.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency.
• Purchases can be restored on your devices via "Restore Purchases."
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's policies.

5. Privacy

Your media is processed on-device and never uploaded. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

TinyShield is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that face detection will catch every face.
