1. Our Services

Einbürgerungstest Test is an independent educational iOS app that helps users prepare for Germany's Einbürgerungstest through practice questions, state-specific preparation, progress tracking, and mock exam simulations.

The App bundles the official EinbTestV catalog used for study practice: 300 general questions and 10 state-specific questions for each German federal state. In normal practice and mock exam flows, the App uses the 300 general questions plus the 10 questions for the federal state selected by the user.

The official exam format is 33 questions in 60 minutes: 30 general questions and 3 questions for the applicant's federal state. A score of 17 correct answers is required to pass. The App may use this format in mock exam mode, but the App does not administer the official exam.

The App may include question text, answer options, explanations, categories, progress views, and study features based on official public materials, publicly available information, and our own educational content. The Services are provided for personal study and educational purposes only.

The App is not an official government service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge (BAMF), the Bundesministerium des Innern und für Heimat (BMI), the Bundesverwaltungsamt (BVA), any German federal state, or any German public authority. The App does not book exams, issue official results, issue certificates, submit citizenship applications, provide immigration or legal advice, or guarantee any exam result, naturalisation decision, residence decision, visa status, or official outcome.

Official requirements, test registration, identity requirements, fees, appointments, procedures, and policy updates should be checked with the responsible German authorities and official sources, including the official Einbürgerungstestverordnung catalog at https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/einbtestv/__1.html.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you can legally agree to these Terms. If you are a minor in your country of residence, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Services.

The Services are intended for users aged 13 and over. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your use of the Services.

3. Accounts

The App uses Firebase Authentication and may allow you to sign in with email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In where available.

You may use parts of the App locally without an account. Sign-in may be used to sync progress, access account features, contact support from inside the App, and associate Premium entitlement features with your App account. Some information may also be cached locally on your device so the App can operate reliably and preserve progress.
