These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application Klara Medborgarskapsprovet (the "App") and related services (together, the "Services").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Klara Medborgarskapsprovet is an educational iOS app that helps users prepare for the Swedish citizenship test through practice questions, topic categories, progress tracking, and mock exam simulations.
The App may include practice material based on publicly available or official-format content, as well as supplementary explanations, categories, and study features. The Services are provided for personal study and educational purposes only.
The App is not an official government service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Swedish government, the Swedish Migration Agency, or any public authority. The App does not provide immigration, legal, or government advice and does not guarantee any exam result, citizenship decision, residence status, or official outcome.
You may use the Services only if you can legally agree to these Terms. If you are a minor in your country of residence, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Services.
You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your use of the Services.
The App may allow you to use some features locally without creating an account. In local mode, progress is stored on your device and may be lost if you delete the App, reset the device, or otherwise remove local App data.
You may also create or access an account using email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In where available. Account features may allow progress to sync across devices through Firebase.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity is caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.
You may sign out or delete your account from the Profile screen where the feature is available. Account deletion is intended to remove your Firebase account and server-side progress data, subject to technical, legal, and provider retention limits.
The App may provide a free tier with limited access. In the current App experience, free users may answer up to 30 practice questions per day. Premium access may unlock unlimited practice and mock exam simulations.
