Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Photo Cleaner iOS application (also referred to as "Clyro", "the App"), developed by Maxim Melnik ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The App helps you clean up your photo library: find similar photos and duplicates, review screenshots and large videos, swipe through your library, and compress videos. All analysis happens on your device. Some features are available for free with limits; the full experience requires a Clyro Pro subscription.

2. Subscriptions

• Clyro Pro is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions (for example, weekly or yearly). Exact prices, durations, and any free trial are always shown in the App before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions (or App Store → your profile → Subscriptions).
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Deleting photos — your responsibility

The App never deletes anything without your explicit confirmation through the system dialog. Deleted items are moved by iOS to the Recently Deleted album in the Photos app, where they remain for about 30 days before being permanently removed, and can be restored from there.

Please review your selection before confirming a deletion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of photos, videos, or other data resulting from your use of the App, including deletions you confirm and content that becomes unrecoverable after the Recently Deleted period expires. We recommend keeping a backup (for example, iCloud Photos or a computer backup).

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law. You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the App or any part of it, except as permitted by law.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Maxim Melnik and protected by law. These Terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. Your photos and videos remain entirely yours — the App claims no rights to your content.
