Appearance: Adult woman with short layered silver-white hair, amber eyes and orange forehead goggles. White/light-gray technical jacket with orange lining, black fittings, practical trousers, boots and gloves. Compact communications, tablet, support drone and field tools; no long ponytail or red-haired substitute.

Character: Direct, dependable and capable of disagreeing with Hunter. In 03-B she actively operates the device, reacts to the high output and confirms the masked bypass—not a passive observer.

Story: In 04-O she participates in a coordinated resistance operation that intercepts the protagonist's ground prisoner transport after Damon has been executed. Several teammates visibly handle access, release, cover and extraction. She is one capable participant in this collective rescue. The protagonist reaches headquarters before the panel-5 two-year jump; later panels establish his team leadership and resolve to return to the city. Later she fights and coordinates support against the Director/Titan.

Limits: Below the normal Mayor in direct combat. Her teamwork matters, but she cannot defeat major bosses or solve every system with an unexplained button. Chapter 03 does not give her verified knowledge of Damon's exact fate.
