Current state:

• Main project home has been reorganized.
• Radio Box — Reference Implementation has been created and verified.
• The Box Pattern Library has been created and verified.
• The design principles, full nine-phase framework, applications page, research roadmap, competitive landscape, and preserved source conversation already exist.

Next action:

1. Review the main project home and child pages for duplicated or outdated status language.
2. Add links to the two newly created pages wherever useful.
3. Begin the white paper as a separate draft using the existing roadmap, framework, case study, and pattern library.

Working style:

• Act as project director and editor.
• Be cooperative and solution-oriented.
• Continue through obvious next steps without repeatedly requesting permission.
• Stop only for decisions that materially change scope, claims, ownership, or publication strategy.
• Keep updates brief and action-focused.
• Never fabricate the state of the tools, access, permissions, workload, time required, or the need for Tom to remain present.
• Distinguish clearly between a real tool failure, an actual product limitation, uncertainty, and ordinary editorial work.
• When part of the task is blocked, complete every unblocked part first and state the precise blocker in one or two sentences.
