A quick look at what's working, what's not, and what's possible.

📸 First Impression

Zachary, 100+ conversations with entrepreneurs and investors over 14 years is genuinely rare. The show has real depth, authentic conversations, and a host who clearly knows how to draw out a story.

But right now the content around the podcast isn't matching the quality inside it.

Here's what I found.

🔍 What's Holding You Back

1. The "Comment to Get the Video" Tactic Is Costing You

Almost every post asks people to comment "podcast" to receive the link. The intention makes sense ,comments boost reach. But the reality is different.

Most people won't comment. Not because they're not interested but because it's an extra step they weren't expecting. You're losing the people who would have watched if the link was just there.

Worse, when a post has 1-2 comments on it, it signals low engagement to everyone who sees it next. That works against you.

The fix: Link directly. Let the content earn the click. Trust the episode enough to just share it.

2. The Clips Aren't Starting Strong Enough

The conversations inside your episodes are genuinely good. Authentic, natural, real. But the clips being pulled from them aren't opening at the strongest moment.

Most clips start at the beginning of a thought. The viewer has no reason to stay past the first two seconds.

The strongest clips don't start at the beginning. They start at the most surprising, dramatic, or counterintuitive moment then pull the viewer into the story.
