The Compass Project is the trading name used for the services described in these Terms & Policies. The business is operated as a Swedish sole proprietorship (enskild näringsverksamhet) by Rasmus Norell, who is the legal contracting party and responsible business operator.
References to “The Compass Project”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms & Policies refer to this sole proprietorship and its operator.
The Compass Project
This policy explains the cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms that apply to services provided by The Compass Project.
Individual appointments and public group classes may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, may be charged the full session or booking fee.
This policy helps protect time that has been reserved specifically for your appointment or place in a class and that may no longer be possible to offer to another client.
Private group bookings and corporate sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, as well as missed bookings, may be charged the full agreed booking fee.
If The Compass Project needs to cancel a session, class or booking, the client will be offered either:
