Role: Program Manager Location: Sandy Springs, GA (in-person, 5 days per week) Reports To: Executive Director Compensation: $55,000–$62,000

The Role

The Dupree is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Program Manager to oversee our suite of educational programs. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of educational programs designed and produced by The Dupree. Working with senior leadership and internal and external partners, the role translates program goals and priorities into detailed plans and manages the timelines, budgets, logistics, vendors, stakeholders, and on-site execution required to deliver excellent programs.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation for this role is $55,000–$62,000 annually, based on experience. Full-time employees receive medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; a 401(k) plan with employer contribution; and charitable contributions on their behalf. Full-time employees (32+ hours) also receive up to half off tuition at participating Jewish day schools in Atlanta.
