Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before joining or using The Luv Bridge. By submitting your intake form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Community Guidelines (incorporated herein by reference).

1. About The Luv Bridge

The Luv Bridge is a curated, intentional matchmaking community designed for adults who are serious about finding meaningful, values-aligned partnerships. The free service described in these Terms provides access to the community platform and matching consideration. The Luv Bridge reserves the right to introduce premium features in the future, which will be governed by separate terms.

2. Eligibility

To join The Luv Bridge, you must:

• Be at least 25 years of age
• Be legally permitted to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction
• Be seeking a relationship for yourself and not on behalf of a third party
• Have not been previously removed from The Luv Bridge for a violation of these Terms or the Community Guidelines

3. Account Registration and Accuracy

When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your real name, real photographs, and honest responses to the intake form. Misrepresentation of your identity, age, relationship status, intentions, location, or any other material information is a serious breach of these Terms. It will result in immediate and permanent removal from the community.

4. The Matching Service

4.1 No Guarantee of Matches. Membership in The Luv Bridge does not guarantee that you will receive a match. Matches are made at the sole discretion of The Luv Bridge based on compatibility, values overlap, and readiness.

4.2 Curated Process. The matching process is intentional and human-curated. The Luv Bridge reserves the right to decline to make a match at any time and for any reason without explanation.

4.3 No Warranty of Suitability. We make no representations or warranties that any match will be suitable, compatible, or result in a successful relationship.

5. Member Conduct

By joining The Luv Bridge, you agree to abide by our Community Guidelines at all times. In particular, you agree that you will:
