You don't need a niche figured out. You need three quick things clear - because every post below comes straight out of them:

• Who you help - one person, a few steps behind you. The easiest is you, a year ago.
• The problem they're stuck on - the one that costs them the most time, money, or stress.
• The after - where you take them. People follow outcomes, not topics.

Now say it as one line: I help [who] who struggle with [problem] reach [outcome].

Example: I help new coaches who struggle to get noticed land their first paying clients.

Ask me 5 questions, one at a time, about their normal day, what they've tried, what they're afraid of, and what they actually want. Help me think - don't invent facts about me.
