• Your laptop with your Lean Canvas and Customer Journey Map from Workshop 2 (files or printed)
• The lean-canvas and customer-journey-map skills installed from the workshop repo
• Any AI tool — Hermes, Claude Code, Codex, or even ChatGPT
• Internet (WiFi at the venue)

Step 1: Install the Skills (if you haven't yet)

Your agent needs the two skills to walk you through tonight's exercises.
