Use this as a meeting-and-fieldwork template. Book meetings and dinners in advance, and compare that day's travel times in Naver Map or KakaoMap.
Day 0: Arrive
- Choose airport transport based on your hotel and arrival time. Buses 6103 or 6703 suit selected COEX and Gangnam stops; late-night arrivals can compare night buses and taxis.
- Eat nearby, or try delivery once your account and the hotel's receiving arrangements are confirmed.
- Add Korean contacts on KakaoTalk when you have agreed to connect.
Day 1: Gangnam and COEX
- Morning: one or two pre-arranged meetings around Teheran-ro. Leave time between addresses.
- Lunch: bhc Flagship near Gangnam Station, after checking opening hours and robot operation.
- Afternoon: a pre-arranged corporate meeting or a COEX visit; keep the rest of the day in this area.
- Dinner: Samwon Garden, or a dinner arranged with your local hosts.
Day 2: Choose Pangyo or Seongsu
- Pangyo option: pre-arranged meetings with Samsung Welstory, Baemin Startup Square or Grand Challenge teams. Add b;eat Yatap only if its location and opening hours fit the day; it is a separate stop.
- Seongsu option: CU Dessert Park, emart24 Trend Lab and current F&B pop-ups. Add Majang Meat Market and a reserved Born and Bred dinner if time allows.
- Choose one cluster for a short trip; treat crossing between Pangyo and Seongsu as an optional extension.
Day 3: Market and retail
- Morning: Noryangjin Fish Market; confirm auction access and times if you want to see the auction. Visit Lotteria Noryangjin Station once it is open and its robot operation is confirmed.
- Afternoon: Shinsegae Gangnam food hall. If a CJ or Lotte meeting is your priority, use the afternoon for that meeting and drop the extra retail stop.
- Dinner: Mingles or Gosari Express, subject to the restaurant's opening days and reservation availability.
If attending Seoul Food or AFPRO
Replace at least one full day above with the exhibition at KINTEX or COEX, including pre-arranged exhibitor or investor meetings. For KINTEX, plan the trip from your actual hotel in Naver Map or KakaoMap, and avoid scheduling a tight Gangnam meeting immediately before or after the show.
