Ticki is a to-do app for iPhone and iPad made by an independent developer ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use Ticki. The short version: your tasks are yours. We never see them, we don't show ads, and we don't track you.

Your tasks

Sign in with Apple

Signing in is optional. When you sign in, Apple gives the app a private identifier for your account and, the first time only, the name and email you choose to share (which may be an Apple private-relay address). These are stored only in your device's Keychain so the app can show them on your profile. They are never sent to us or to any server we run — we don't run one.

Anonymous usage analytics

To understand which features are used, Ticki sends a small number of anonymous usage signals through TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service. Examples: "a task was created in the 5 min list", "a widget was added", "the morning recap was turned on".

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the optional morning recap is created on your device from your own completed tasks and delivered by iOS. You can turn it off anytime in Ticki (⋯ → Morning recap) or in the iOS Settings app.
