Ticki gives small tasks their own lists — one for things that take about 5 minutes, one for things that take about 15 — so when you have a spare moment, you know exactly what fits.

Getting started

How do I add a task?

Tap the empty space in either list (or "Add a quick task…") and start typing. Press Return to add the next one — the keyboard stays up until you tap ✓.

How do I edit a task?

Tap its text. The cursor lands where you tapped. Press Return in the middle of a task to split it in two.

How do I delete a task?

Swipe left on it and tap Delete. While typing, pressing Backspace on an empty line removes it.

How do I move a task to the other list?

Swipe right on it and tap Move (or swipe all the way).

Completed tasks

Where do my checked-off tasks go?

They stay in your lists for the rest of the day, then move overnight (at 4 a.m.) to Completed tasks (⋯ → Completed tasks), so each morning starts fresh.

How long are completed tasks kept?

30 days. Tap a completed task's checkbox to bring it back to its list.

What is the morning recap?

An optional 8 a.m. notification listing what you finished the day before. Turn it on or off in ⋯ → Morning recap.
