This Privacy Policy explains how TimeColorCue (Chinese name: 时色—多阶段色彩计时器) handles information when you use the app.
TimeColorCue stores app preferences, timer/scene configuration, and selected background references locally on your device so the app can work. Photos selected as backgrounds are processed locally. We do not operate an account system and do not ask you to create a login.
To unlock the lifetime product, the app uses Apple StoreKit or Google Play Billing through RevenueCat. RevenueCat may process an anonymous app user identifier, purchase history, product/entitlement status, and transaction metadata needed to validate purchases, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and provide purchase support. Payment card details are handled by Apple or Google, not by TimeColorCue.
If you email us, we receive the email address and information you choose to include. We use it only to answer the request, troubleshoot, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or use IDFA-based tracking.
We share information only with service providers needed for billing and support, or when required by law. Purchase records may be retained as required for accounting, fraud prevention, and platform reconciliation. You may request deletion of support correspondence or ask privacy questions by emailing [email protected]. Because the app has no login account, most local app data can be deleted by removing the app or clearing its data on your device.
TimeColorCue is not directed to children under the minimum age required by local law. Do not use the app if you are not legally permitted to accept these terms.
Service providers may process limited purchase or support information in countries other than your own, subject to their security and legal obligations.
