Membership is an auto-renewing subscription. Payments are processed by Apple. We may obtain subscription status (e.g., validity) via Apple or RevenueCat to enable or disable membership benefits; we do not access your full bank card number.

- Purposes of Information Use
To enable watermark capture and data recording, photo library import/export, photo collage and editing, membership benefit verification, stability improvements, and compliance with laws and regulations.
- Storage and Sharing
4.1 Photos, watermark data fields, etc., are primarily stored locally on your device by default; once saved to the system photo library, they are managed by the system's photo library mechanisms.
4.2 We do not sell your personal information. Limited information may be shared with necessary service providers (such as Apple) only when consent has been obtained, when necessary to verify subscriptions, or when required by law.
- Permission Management
You can disable permissions for the camera, microphone, location, and photo library via iOS "Settings → Privacy & Security." Disabling these permissions may render the corresponding features unavailable.

Guardians are advised to supervise minors while they use this app and to review this policy with them.
