You’ll have access to robotic arms, cameras, labware, 3D printers, sensors, and the Zeon simulation and control environment.
Projects should focus on difficult physical tasks, better ways to manipulate lab objects, or systems that verify whether an action actually worked.

Teach the robot to handle containers that require more than a basic pick-and-place, such as screw-cap tubes, cryovials, bottles, hinged boxes, foil seals, or flexible packaging. The system may also verify that the container was fully opened or closed.
Build a system that can pick, identify, reorient, sort, or transfer tubes across different racks and sizes. Projects could also address dense racks, tilted tubes, empty positions, or recovery after a failed pickup.
Design an end-effector, fixture, or adapter that gives the robot a new capability. Examples include a compliant gripper, cap opener, suction tool, tool changer, alignment fixture, or general-purpose labware tool.
