Module: Trauma‑Informed Self‑Regulation
1. Purpose and link to Juthour
- Support people to participate in Juthour’s work without re‑traumatising themselves or others.
- Embed psychosocial safety into every CLF pathway (Induction → Steward / Educator).
2. Outline / Sessions
- Session 1: Nervous system basics in an occupied, high‑risk context
- Session 2: Grounding, breathwork, and pacing practices on the land
- Session 3: Working with triggers, distress, and “right to pause / withdraw”
- Session 4: Team rhythms, debriefs, and support structures

- Key ideas (1–3 paragraphs or bullets).
- Land‑linked practices (what it looks like at Juthour).
- Short scripts / prompts for coordinators.
4. Measurement
- Before / after self‑check questions.
- Observable behaviours (what a novice vs practitioner vs lead looks like).
- Simple feedback questions after each cycle.
