Regarding your payment, you are not required to pay the full tuition fee for the entire academic year at once. The amount shown on the invoice you downloaded is solely for the First Semester of the 2026 Academic Year. Please ensure that your payment is completed by June 19, 2026, in order to secure your enrollment status.

To assist with your financial planning, the following is an estimated breakdown of the semester-based tuition fees throughout the 3-year curriculum under Study Plan Type 1.1 (Regular 3-Year Program):

• Total Flat-rate Tuition Fee for the Entire Program: 450,000 THB
• Year 1:
  • First Semester (Current Semester due): 85,000 THB + 7,500 THB International Student Fee + University Service Fees.
  • Second Semester: 85,000 THB + 7,500 THB International Student Fee + University Service Fees.
• Year 2:
  • First Semester: 70,000 THB + 7,500 THB International Student Fee + University Service Fees.
  • Second Semester: 70,000 THB + 7,500 THB International Student Fee + University Service Fees.
• Year 3:
  • First Semester: 70,000 THB + 7,500 THB International Student Fee + University Service Fees.

Note: In case of summer semester enrollment and/or extension beyond the standard duration of the program where additional coursework is required, the fee will be calculated at a rate of 7,900 THB per credit.

3. Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Please be informed that the university enforces a strict financial regulation. Once the payment has been processed, under no circumstances will a refund be approved if you wish to cancel your enrollment or withdraw from the university later. (The only exception is if a payment exceeds the specified amount, in which case only the excess portion will be refunded). Therefore, please carefully review your eligibility and make an informed decision before proceeding with the payment.
