Two-factor authentication (2FA) is standard on your Airevent account. It adds an extra layer of security by requiring you to verify your identity with a 6-digit code each time you sign in.

Signing up

• In the Builder, when signing up you can choose to get your 6-digit code by email or SMS.
• In the Viewer, you get your 6-digit code by email.

Signing in

When signing in, after entering your email and password,

• You'll receive a 6-digit code at the email address associated with your account.
• Enter the 6-digit code and click the Verify button to complete sign in.
• If you didn't receive a code, click the Resend access code button on the verification screen.

Forgot password

When signing in, if you forgot your password,

• Click on forgot password
• You will receive a recovery link at the email address associated with your account
• Click on the recovery link
• On the sign-in page, enter your new password
• Sign in again using your new password
