These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you (“you”, the “User”) and the Provider governing your use of the App. By downloading, installing, purchasing through, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms are intended to serve as the end-user license agreement for the App. Mandatory consumer rights in your country continue to apply.

1. The App

The App is an interactive fictional mobile-detective game. You explore simulated phones and their fictional apps, review story materials, identify evidence, answer questions, make story choices, and solve cases.

The App may include:

• fictional messages, mail, photos, notes, maps, websites, financial records, characters, and events;
• free and paid cases;
• a virtual currency called Keys, used to reveal hints or unlock cases;
• consumable in-app purchases of Keys;
• a voluntary feature for proposing future case ideas by email.

The Provider may add, change, suspend, or remove features or content, subject to applicable law.
