One profile does not mean one trading account. Traders may hold multiple eligible trading accounts under the same verified profile, subject to Upcomers' account and allocation limits.
Scaling as a funded trader is exciting and a great sign. It means you are consistent, confident, and ready for more opportunities. But as you grow, you’ll start thinking about the best way to manage risk and expand your capital without adding unnecessary complexity.
More capital to work with, more flexibility to test strategies, and more room to let your trading plan breathe. You might even think about separating a long-term swing approach from your day trades, or testing something new without touching your main system. That’s when the question comes up: “ Can I just open a second profile?”
With Upcomers, the approach to growth is simple and transparent. The policy is clear: only one profile per trader is allowed. This structure is designed to protect traders and keep everything clear.
In this review, we will discuss one person, one account policy and how it works, how it helps traders to scale safely, and the best practice to stay compliant.
The One Person, One Account Policy means that every user is allowed to create and maintain only one user profile and one identity verification. It is designed to keep trading simple, secure, and transparent for everyone on the Upcomers platform. It’s a straightforward system that protects your progress and keeps all of your statistics, payouts, and scaling history in one place.
The policy applies to the individual behind the profile, not simply the login credentials. The different situations that fall under this are:
(1) signing up again with a different email address or phone number counts, even if every other detail matches your original profile closely,
(2) registering with different personal details, such as a new name or a different set of identity documents, counts the same way,
(3) using someone else's identity to open a second account falls under the same rule too, since the entire policy is built around one identity per profile, not one login per profile.
Important Note:
If you need to update any personal information linked to your account, just reach out to its support team at [email protected] so they will update your existing profile for you. Do not create a new account.
If multiple accounts are detected under one trader, Upcomers takes immediate action to maintain platform security. It reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close all associated accounts, void any challenges, funded accounts, and pending payouts across all profiles, and deny any future access to Upcomers services.
These actions are taken in accordance with Section 3.1 of its Terms and Conditions, which covers the one account and one identity rule directly. No refunds or financial compensation will be provided for accounts closed due to this violation.
If your account was previously closed or suspended and you would like to return to Upcomers, just reach out to its support team at [email protected]. Do not register a new account.
