Our Traditional Pricing already includes base compensation for your Cleaning Professional, averaging approximately 40% of the hourly service price, which is consistent with common industry compensation structures.

Living Wage Support is added directly to the Cleaning Professional's compensation for each applicable labor hour.
A living wage is not one universal number. It varies by location, household size, family circumstances, and other factors. Our Uplift levels therefore represent increasing contributions toward living wages, not different definitions or guarantees of a living wage for every individual household.
Collective Karma creates flexible shared resources that Karma Diva can use to support Uplift benefits, Karma Credit rewards, workforce resources, Community Care, and the systems needed to maintain a sustainable service model.
All Uplift amounts are calculated per Cleaning Professional labor hour.
