“Plant Master” is a mobile application running on Android, iOS, and HarmonyOS NEXT platforms (hereinafter referred to as the “Software”).
This User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (an individual or a single entity) and Hefei Memorial Valley Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or the “Company”) regarding the use of the “Plant Master” mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Product”). This legal agreement includes, but is not limited to, all terms on this page, the Privacy Policy referenced in Section 8, and any separate policies or service rules for specific functions of the Product (if applicable).
Please read the following terms carefully before using this Product. By downloading, installing, using this Product, clicking “I Agree”, or using quick login via phone number, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms of this Agreement, including disclaimer clauses, limitations of liability, restrictions on user rights, and dispute resolution provisions, which are highlighted in bold. If you do not agree to all or part of these terms, please do not download, install, or use this Product.
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial, and revocable license to download, install, back up, and use this Product. The Software is authorized solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. If you wish to use the Software for any commercial purpose or any purpose not expressly authorized by the Company, you must obtain prior written permission from the Company.
Unless otherwise expressly permitted by applicable law or explicitly stated for certain third-party software, you may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization from the Company.
If you use the iOS version of the Software, you acknowledge that the application is distributed through the Apple App Store and that you are subject to Apple’s applicable terms of service. This Agreement is concluded solely between you and the Company, not with Apple. The Company, and not Apple, is solely responsible for the Software and its content. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide maintenance or support services for the Software.
The Company may modify, improve, add, or remove features and services of the Product from time to time to optimize user experience. Any updated or future versions of the Product shall also be governed by this Agreement.
When using this Product, you may be required to register an account. Before completing the necessary registration procedures, the Company may restrict your access to certain functions of the Product.
You must provide lawful and accurate personal information during registration and keep your account information updated, accurate, and complete at all times. You may be required to choose a username and password and are solely responsible for maintaining their confidentiality.
If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, please notify the Company immediately.
