The "Handheld LED Banner" mobile application is a software program that operates on the iOS platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Software").
This User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (an individual or a single legal entity) and Hefei Memorial Valley Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," "our," or the "Company") regarding your use of the "Handheld LED Banner" mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Product"). This legal agreement includes, but is not limited to, all terms contained on this page, the Privacy Policy referenced in Section 8, and any separate policies or service rules applicable to certain features of the Product (if any).
Please read the following terms carefully before using this Product. By downloading, installing, or using this Product, or by clicking "I Agree" or "Quick Login with Mobile Number," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms of this Agreement, including those concerning disclaimers of liability, limitations of rights, and dispute resolution provisions. Such provisions are highlighted in bold. If you do not agree with all or any part of these terms, please do not download, install, or use this Product.
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial, and revocable license to download, install, back up, and use this Product. You are authorized to use the Software solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on mobile devices to connect to, manage, and operate Handheld LED Banner hardware. If you wish to use the Software for any products not authorized by the Company or for any commercial purpose, you must obtain separate written authorization from the Company.
Except where expressly permitted by applicable law or specific provisions applicable to certain third-party software, you may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any part or all of the Software without the Company's prior written consent.
If you use the Software as an iOS application, you acknowledge that the application is distributed through the Apple App Store and that you must comply with Apple's applicable terms of service. This Agreement is concluded solely between you and the Company and not with Apple. The Company, and not Apple, is solely responsible for the Software and its content. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide maintenance or support services for the Software.
The Company may periodically modify, improve, add, or remove functions and services of the Product in order to optimize the user experience. Any updated versions, future releases, upgrades, or other modifications to the Product shall also be governed by this Agreement.
When using the Product, you may be required to register an account. Until the necessary registration procedures have been completed, the Company may restrict your access to certain functions of the Product.
When registering an account, you must provide lawful and accurate personal information and keep such information updated to ensure its accuracy and completeness. You may be required to choose a username and password and are solely responsible for maintaining their confidentiality.
If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify the Company immediately.
Please note that your account may only be used for lawful purposes. You may not sell, rent, transfer, or otherwise allow any third party to use your account. The Company reserves the right to terminate your account without prior notice if such conduct occurs.
