Welcome to "Railway Travel Guide" Products and Services!

"Railway Travel Guide" is a mobile application that runs on Android, iOS, and HarmonyOS NEXT platforms (hereinafter referred to as "this Software").

This User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (an individual or a single entity) and Hefei Jiniangu Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "the Company") regarding the use of the "Railway Travel Guide" mobile application (hereinafter collectively referred to as "this Product"). This legal agreement includes, but is not limited to, all terms on this page, Article 8's "Privacy Policy," and any separate policies or service rules for specific functions of this Product (if any).

Please read the following terms carefully before using this Product. Your act of downloading, installing, or using this Product, or clicking "I Agree" and "Quick Login with Phone Number," indicates that you have read this Agreement, fully understand it, and agree to comply with all its terms, including those that exempt or limit the Company's liability, restrict user rights, and stipulate dispute resolution methods. These terms are marked in bold. If you do not agree with all or part of these terms, please do not download, install, or use this Product.

1. License Grant

1.1 License Grant. The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial, revocable license to download, install, back up, and use this Product. The Company grants you the right to use this Software on mobile devices solely for personal, non-commercial purposes to connect, manage, and operate Hermes hardware. If you wish to use this Software for other products not authorized by the Company or for other commercial purposes, you must obtain separate written permission from the Company.

1.2 Restrictions. Unless expressly stated for certain third-party software or permitted by applicable law, you may not modify, translate, reverse assemble, reverse engineer, or decompile any part or all of this Software without the Company's written permission.

1.3 iOS Mobile Application. If you are using the iOS version of the Software, you acknowledge that this application is distributed through the Apple App Store. You must comply with the relevant service terms published by Apple Inc. Additionally, this Agreement is entered into between you and the Company and is unrelated to Apple Inc. The Company, not Apple Inc., is solely responsible for this Software and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services related to the Software.

1.4 Adjustments, Improvements, and Upgrades of Functions. The Company may adjust, improve, add, or remove features and services of this Product from time to time to continuously optimize the user experience. Any updated or future version, update, or other change to this Product is also subject to this Agreement.

2. User Account

2.1 User Registration. When using this Product, you may be required to register an account. Before you complete the necessary registration procedures, the Company may restrict your use of the Product. When registering an account, you must provide the Company with legal and accurate personal information and keep it updated to maintain the accuracy and completeness of your account information. You may be required to choose a username and password and are solely responsible for keeping them confidential. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, please notify the Company immediately. Please note that your account may only be used for lawful purposes and objectives. You may not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your account to any third party or authorize any third party to use it illegally. Otherwise, the Company has the right to unilaterally cancel your account without prior notice.

2.2 Account Security. You must promise to keep your login information confidential, prevent it from being obtained or used by others, and be responsible for all activities under your account on this Product. You must notify the Company immediately of any potentially illegal, unauthorized, or suspected unauthorized use. You shall bear legal responsibility for any losses caused by your failure to comply with the above requirements. The Company shall not bear any legal liability for your aforementioned actions.

3. User Content and User Behavior

3.1 User Content refers to all content (e.g., your information, voice, images, music, or other content) generated when you post or otherwise use this Product. You are solely responsible for your User Content and will bear the risk of identification of you or any third party resulting from your User Content infringing upon the rights of third parties or from the disclosure of your content.

3.2 You agree to comply with all rules, policies, and procedures of network connection services when using related services in this Product through sharing or other means, and not to interfere with or disrupt the network connection to the Company's services. During use, you will bear all legal liability for risks arising from the following actions. The Company shall not bear any responsibility for your following actions:

• Undermining the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;
• Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
• Damaging national honor or interests;
• Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
• Undermining national religious policies, or promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
