How These Personas Were Built

These personas were not created before research — they emerged from it. After completing interviews with Lorne, Alan, Alice, and Nelly, patterns were clustered not by individual participant but by mode of engagement. Alan and Nelly consistently described emotional, visual-first, theme-led behavior. Lorne and Alice consistently described evidence-first, structure-led, depth-seeking behavior.

The two personas represent these two modes. Neither is a fictional user. Both are grounded in real data from real industry professionals.
