Two personas anchor the design, drawn from the archetypes that emerged across the four user interviews and the survey. Each captures a different relationship to FX automation and crypto comfort — together they bracket the range of trust and control needs the product must serve. Behaviors, goals, pain points, and needs are sourced directly from research insights.
⚠️ Personas are not usability participants. These two are design archetypes synthesized from Discover research. The formative usability study was run separately with five real participants — Janice, Jerry, Gabriela, Jin, and Ollie. The two sets are distinct and should never be used interchangeably. See Usability Test Plan for participant detail.
Both personas are visible in the live build at fxpress.netlify.app — Jenni's flow corresponds to the default Send Now path; Kang's flow corresponds to the editable trigger and saved-triggers list.
