Two personas were developed from research synthesis, representing the primary archetypes who interact with the FX repatriation workflow. They emerged from the behavioral clusters surfaced in the Affinity Synthesis: users oriented around operational accuracy and workflow efficiency, and users oriented around speed and decision quality under pressure.
Every design decision in OmniRisk traces back to one or both of these personas.
